A referral is successful when a new host joins Touch Stay through a referral link and becomes a paying customer. A sign-up, trial or booked demo alone doesn’t earn a reward.
If you refer them directly, you earn $100 in Touch Stay account credit. If the referral comes through one of your guests, your guest gets a $20 reward and you earn $15 in account credit.
A referral can't be an existing or past Touch Stay customer, and can't already be referred by someone else, the first link wins.
You earn $100 in Touch Stay account credit for every host you refer who becomes a paying customer. Credits stack, so every successful referral adds another $100 towards your future Touch Stay invoices. Use the calculator above to see how much of your subscription your referral credits could cover.
They get a 10% welcome discount on their first Touch Stay purchase, whether they choose a monthly or annual subscription. The discount is created when they start their trial through your referral link, stays valid for 7 days, and is automatically applied if they subscribe within that window. This applies to both host-to-host and guest-to-host referrals.
The 10% discount expires after 7 days, but your reward doesn’t. If your referral becomes a paying Touch Stay customer after the discount period, you can still earn your referral credit. The discount and your reward are separate.
Your rewards are issued as Touch Stay account credit and applied towards future subscription invoices. Credits are processed monthly for successful referrals from the preceding month. Credit never expires, it simply waits on your balance for your next invoice.
No. Referral rewards are Touch Stay account credit and can only be applied towards future Touch Stay purchases. They are non-refundable, can’t be transferred, and can’t be converted to cash.
There’s no fixed host earning cap in the standard referral program. Every qualified referral that becomes a paying customer can earn you credit, and your credits stack. Referral activity is subject to the program terms and fair-use checks.
There’s no fixed limit on how much you can earn through referrals, the more successful referrals you make, the more credit you can earn. Any referral credit already applied to your subscription stays applied. If you cancel with unused credit still on your balance, that credit won’t be refunded or paid out and will be retained by Touch Stay.

No. You can’t refer yourself or use your referral link to create another account for yourself. Referral rewards are intended for genuinely new Touch Stay customers, and referrals are checked to prevent duplicate or self-referrals.
You can track your referrals in your Hub, including referrals in progress and those that have become paying customers. Host-to-host and guest referrals are shown separately, so it’s easy to see what’s happening across both programs.
Guests are kept updated on their own referrals by email.
