Simple set up

With just a few easy steps, you’ll be ready to message guests directly from Touch Stay.

  • Request Access
    Contact Touch Stay to enable Message hub for your account.

  • Register Your SMS Number (optional)
    If you want to send and receive SMS, complete a quick application to receive your dedicated SMS number. This feature is currently available for US-based users.

  • Create or Customize Message Templates
    Choose from our suggested templates or create your own custom messages for email or SMS. Personalize them with field codes to automatically include guest names, guide links, and stay details.

  • Schedule Your Messages
    Decide when each message should be sent, such as before arrival, during the stay, or after checkout. Message Hub will handle the timing automatically.

  • Start Messaging
    Once set up, all guest messages appear in your Message hub > Conversations tab.
