We understand that not everyone is equally comfortable with technology. That's why we've designed the Content Collection forms to be as user-friendly as possible. The interface is simple and intuitive, and owners can easily upload photos and videos. Plus, you can pre-fill as much information as possible, minimising the effort required from their end. If they have any questions, you can provide support or even offer to input the information on their behalf. The goal is to make this process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
The Upsell Widget facilitates the listing and ordering of products and services. It does not process payments. You are responsible for managing payments externally, according to your own terms and conditions. This gives you flexibility in how you handle transactions, whether it's through a separate payment platform, cash on arrival, or another method. Be sure to clearly outline your payment policies in your guidebook and terms and conditions.
If you exhaust your monthly AI credits, you can still use Touch Stay's other features without interruption. You simply won't be able to use the AI Assistant until your credits reset on the 1st of the following month. We are exploring options for purchasing additional credits in the future. In the meantime, you can always manually write or edit your content.
