2-Way Messaging & SMS
We've simplified how SMS works. The old add-on mechanism is going away. Here's what replaces it and why it's better for you.
Instead of managing 2WM SMS through a separate add-on, SMS usage is now included with your subscription plan.
Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance that covers:
• Two-way SMS conversations (US only)
• Memo SMS sends
All SMS activity now comes from one unified monthly allowance.
The bottom line: SMS is now included in your subscription, giving you more visibility and control over your SMS usage.
In place of the add-on, a monthly SMS budget is automatically allocated to your account. This covers both your 2WM and any scheduled Memo SMS sends — one unified pool.
Your available SMS balance will appear on your Billing page as Approx. Remaining SMS as it depends on the countries you are sending SMSs to.
As a thank you for being a long-time Touch Stay customer, you currently have access to our highest plan, Pro, which includes a monthly SMS allowance as part of your subscription.

No problem. You can purchase additional SMS at any time on any plan directly from your Billing page, giving you full control over your SMS usage.

Your plan price does not increase. If you had the 2-Way Messaging add-on, your overall bill will actually be lower, the add-on fee is removed and replaced with a monthly SMS budget that's included in your plan.
Nothing at all. The upgrade is automatic. All features listed above are already live on your account, just log in and explore.
No. Two-way SMS remains fully available to you. The change is how it's billed, instead of a fixed add-on fee, you have a monthly SMS budget included in your plan. You can also buy more directly from your billing page if needed.
It's an estimate of how many SMS messages remain in your budget for the current month. The "Approx." label is intentional, actual message costs vary by country, so accounts messaging guests in higher-cost regions may see this counter move faster than others. It's a guide, not a hard count.
Sending will pause at zero, no silent overages. You'll see a prompt on your billing page to purchase an additional package, available as a one-time top-up or a recurring monthly add-on.
