What happens to my 2-Way Messaging Add-On?

We've simplified how SMS works. The old add-on mechanism is going away. Here's what replaces it and why it's better for you.

The 2-Way Messaging add-on is removed from your billing. Your base plan price decreases as a result
— the add-on charge disappears from your invoice.

SMS budget built into your plan

In place of the add-on, a monthly SMS budget is automatically allocated to your account. This covers both your two-way messages and any scheduled Memo SMS sends — one unified pool.

Common questions answered

  • Your plan price does not increase. If you had the 2-Way Messaging add-on, your overall bill will actually be lower — the add-on fee is removed and replaced with a monthly SMS budget that's included in your plan.
