Contacts are created automatically from guidebook forms, PMS reservation syncs, Message Hub invitations, and manual entry. If you have existing guests from past invitations, the system populates your CRM automatically once integrations are active.

Yes. Use the CSV import feature with the official Touch Stay template. Required fields are First Name, Last Name, and Email. Phone, Country, and Language are optional.
