If you refer them directly, you earn $25 in Touch Stay account credit. If the referral comes through one of your guests, your guest gets a $20 reward via Tremendous. Upgrade to a paid plan and you’ll also earn $15 in account credit for every successful guest referral.
A referral can't be an existing or past Touch Stay customer, and can't already be referred by someone else, the first link wins.
You earn $25 in Touch Stay account credit for every host you refer who becomes a paying customer. That’s already enough to cover about 3 months of Starter for one guidebook, so you can start putting your credit towards your upgrade from your very first successful referral.
Once you upgrade to a paid plan, every new successful host referral earns you $100, 4× as much. That means just one referral can cover a full year of Starter for one guidebook. Use the calculator above to see how much of your future subscription your referral credits could cover.
They get a 10% welcome discount on their first Touch Stay purchase, whether they choose a monthly or annual subscription. The discount is created when they start their trial through the referral link, stays valid for 7 days, and is automatically applied if they subscribe within that window. This applies to both host-to-host and guest-to-host referrals.
The 10% discount expires after 7 days, but your reward doesn’t. If your referral becomes a paying Touch Stay customer after the discount period, you can still earn your referral credit. The discount and your reward are separate.
Your rewards are issued as Touch Stay account credit and saved towards your future paid subscription. Credits are processed monthly for successful referrals from the preceding month.
Credit never expires, it simply waits on your balance until you’re ready to upgrade.
You can start earning and stacking credits while you’re on Free. Because the Free plan has no subscription invoices, your credits stay on your balance until you upgrade.

No. Referral rewards are Touch Stay account credit and can only be used towards a future Touch Stay subscription. They are non-refundable, can’t be transferred, and can’t be converted to cash.
There’s no fixed limit on how much you can earn through referrals: the more successful referrals you make, the more credit you can earn.

No. You can’t refer yourself or use your referral link to create another account for yourself. Referral rewards are intended for genuinely new Touch Stay customers, and referrals are checked to prevent duplicate or self-referrals.
You can track your referrals in your Hub, including referrals in progress and those that have become paying customers. Host-to-host and guest referrals are shown separately, so it’s easy to see what’s happening across both programs.
Guests are kept updated on their own referrals by email.
