You don’t need us to tell you that guest feedback is gold. And with the Ratings feature, you can now collect ratings and reviews throughout your Touch Stay guidebook! Simply text or email a link to your Ratings page, where guests can select a star rating and leave an optional comment.
Collect reviews from book direct guests
If you decide to take your business - or part of your business - away from the booking sites and onto your own website, Ratings gives you a way to continue to collect those rave ratings and reviews. The star rating format is easy and familiar for guests, and it’s low-effort for you too - using Touch Stay’s Memo feature (or your PMS), you can schedule automated rating requests to go out on your guest’s departure date.
Include anywhere in your guidebook
Include Ratings in any part of your guidebook - even multiple places! This means you can also collect data about specific aspects of the guest experience. Have a section in your guidebook about operating the hot tub, for example? You can include a Rating box for guests to quickly provide feedback about how it’s working. Or collect feedback about optional extras you offer, like personal chef services. Guest feedback can be sent to any email addresses you choose (yours, your maintenance team, etc.).
