Bookings & distribution
Airbnb
Airbnb is a platform where hosts list accommodation and travellers book stays, including entire homes and rooms. Hosts manage their listings and reservations under Airbnb’s platform rules; a booking-channel presence is distinct from their own direct-booking website.
Practical example
Illustrative example
A host lists a cottage on Airbnb and checks that its arrival instructions and house rules match the information sent to confirmed guests.
