Average order value (AOV)
AOV is the total value of a defined set of orders divided by the number of orders in that set. For guest extras, specify whether the calculation includes tax, refunds and only accepted or completed orders. It is not revenue per stay.

Illustrative example
Twenty accepted extras orders total $1,000 on the same reporting basis. AOV is $50.
