Occupancy rate

Occupancy rate is sold nights divided by available nights for the same inventory and period, multiplied by 100. State how blocked nights are treated so comparisons use the same denominator.

Practical example

Illustrative example

A cottage sells 21 of 30 available nights: 21 ÷ 30 × 100 = 70% occupancy.
