This November, we welcomed Natural Retreats and its recently acquired 360 Blue brand to the Touch Stay digital guidebook platform. Our work together will enable the removal of hardcopy guest manuals from all of Natural Retreats’ properties and present guests with their own branded digital welcome guides ahead of their stay. Better still, the Touch Stay platform eliminates the need for guests to download an app or manage hardware in the home.
It is critical to our guest experience that guests have everything they need to know about their chosen accommodation and locality on their own device well ahead of their arrival. This powerful and tailored effort reinforces our luxury brand, greatly improves the customer experience, and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of updating guest communications and materials needed during their stays.
