Why new guidebook templates were released 

Touch Stay initially offered a single guidebook template designed for creating property guides for short-term rentals. However, customers found this template highly adaptable and began to use it for various purposes beyond just guest information, such as cleaning checklists, local area guides, and staff communication tools. 

To accommodate these diverse uses, they would often create multiple Touch Stay accounts, each for a modified version of the original template for a specific purpose. This workaround, while resourceful, led to an inefficient workflow with multiple accounts and logins to manage.
